The APHA does not currently recommend specific vendors for services.  We do from time to time publish lists of vendors, recommended by our residents, in the TAP flyer for community wide services like tree trimming and mistletoe removal.  You can check out the TAP Archives here.

For a recommendation for services like general contractors, plumbers, electricians, fence repair, handyman services, etc, consider joining one of the neighborhood online communities that help you stay connected!

• The Arden Park Yahoo! Group, run by a group of neighborhood volunteers, maintains a small database of personally recommended contractors and service providers, and you can also request input if you don’t see a specific service listed.

• Nextdoor.com is a fast growing community group, much like Facebook, where neighbors can post questions and share feedback on specific topics.  You can choose which neighboring communities you connect with and get news from.
